Possible to skip icilica ice puzzle

So that part in icilica where you have to slide across ice stopping by crashing into rocks (Kari that's gotta hurt lol)

Basically its possible to walk on it normally just by walking onto it diagonally. From there you can just walk to the exit like it's nothing. And that's no fun!
