• If you have more than 50, do more request with the offset needed in the parameter start. Also put at the end of the curl command >>
• Edit the csv to remove intermediate open json braces
• Convert file to ascii using iconv: iconv -c -f utf8 -t ascii issues.json > issues_ascii.json
