Aluminum Ore Gravel, Sand, and Dust not registered with TE Pulverizer

When both Tinkers Construct and Thermal Expansion are both available, the Aluminum based Gravel, Sand, and Dust are only registered with TC and not with TE. If there are other mods that add more ores, chances are that those also aren't registered with TE. Basically registration needs to have a pass that gathers the ore set and another that registers that set with machines.
