AI Still Markets when Marketing disabled

If you buy them out, you're stuck with marketing expenses.

1) I disabled Marketing, yet I still got marketing costs every month. I suspect it to do with me buying Gummerson and the Gummerson dealerships being "stuck" after that with the marketing costs.
