Win a car contract, if other vehicles are filling your factory demand the AI will not reduce their production and give it to the contracted vehicle.

Clear ALL Manufacturing Lines when a contract is won if autoproduction is enabled (ditto for AI).

List contracted vehicles first in autoproduction fill list.
