Save GUI Licensing Bug

"So it seems like saving the gui causes this issue and is fully reproducable on my end at least. If you adjust the license dialog window and then save the gui, either from the menu manually or when autosave gui is enabled, then the next time you load into the game that dialog will be broken. I have a zip file of the game which i just extract over top of my installation to fix this. I tried using ProcessMonitor to see which files it might be 'corrupting' when saving the gui but there were so many I didn't track it down. Steam's file validity checker finds some of them but not all. I've taken to not saving the gui for now so I don't have to keep refreshing my installation. As a side note as well, the Auto Save Gui checkbox doesn't save it's state ( also doesn't load it when you set it from the external options program ). "
