Dividends Not Coming Out of Cash

I currently have a pretty hefty dividend that my company is paying out. On the order of 2.2 billion per quarter. But, I don't see those dividends being taken out of my cash. I've been watching my cash reserves vs. monthly profit very closely for a few game years and I just don't think the Dividends are being paid out. My cash has been going up, yet 2.2 billion per quarter is roughly 200% of my profit, so it should have been going down.
