Unselected Component Advanced Designer

User was able to get to the build it screen in the advanced vehicle designer without having a component selected. He is unable to remember how.

I have been able to duplicate it via the assisted designer. However the user said he did not use the assisted designer.

Fix the assisted designer bug, and then check a few other ways to try to duplicate this issue.
