Unbuyable shares

Currently the game allows you to buy all the shares of a company if you have the right amount of money. Hyper successful companies shouldn't always want to merge together. And not everyone always wants to sale no matter the price.

I suggest implementing "unbuyable" shares. Very successful companies will have some of their public shares trickle into this unbuyable so that the player can not purchase the company.
