I somehow got the $250 Billion dollar company achievement five days before I got the $50 billion dollar company on the same play through. Not sure how that works

Yeah, that is what it is. One is market cap the other isn't.
While we are talking about achievements, is the 50% marketing working as intended? I got that despite my marketing being anywhere near 50%. It is listed in the lobbying menu as something like 0.6%. Is that a misplaced decimal?
