Eric B Jones repo owner created an issue

-World Map, Data Maps Selection Panel, too low.
-Mega Menu, Factory & Branch Combo text overflow,
-Main Menu, News browser image resized.
-Hscrolls on Panels too wide.
-Anything with negitive x,y should not be scaled/moved.
-Side Panel Placement needs to come down.
-You're already in "room" text too small.
