The connectivity between the elements and surface triangles is not correct. Some surface triangles correspond to interior faces i.e. faces shared between elements. Additionally, the interior elements are not being calculated correctly.

The solution would be to bring this script in line with the FFEA_python_modules i.e. refactor it and check everything every step of the way.

Fixed it. Tested it on simple cubes and crazy cylinders. All have correct internal / external / linear/ secondary connectivities and topologies
