Source code download tagged as "2.6.0" does not match current master release build

Should a user download the release build source code by going through Downloads>Tags>2.6.0 it will not be the same as downloading either through Downloads>Downloads>Download Repository or by git clone. To prevent confusion either the 2.6.0 tag build needs updating, or the documentation should state in Installation to use git clone to ensure a download of the latest source code.

Double-checked the superdev branch to see if there was any difference between downloading via git clone or tar.gz and there is not.
