ffeatools does not accept NETGEN as a mesh generator

If FFEA and NETGEN are successfully installed and one tried to use automodel, i.e:

ffeatools automodel [isolevel] [filename]

It will still ask for a TETGEN installation (see attached defectlog).

Either FFEA_automodel.py needs to be updated to be able to use NETGEN or the Installation page on the documentation needs to be updated to state that TETGEN only is required. As TETGEN seems to be much easier to install so most people use that, the latter may be preferable.
