Scaling between rods and blobs can be inconsistent

When rods are generated using FFEA_rod their scaling is in the Python format, however blobs in FFEA use FFEA’s custom units, and this hinders comparison analysis. This problem does not occur when rods are generated from PDB files using FFEAtools however, as that scales them in FFEA’s custom units.

If there is no way around this, a suggestion was to add a function in FFEAtools that would take a blob and output its scale in Python format.

This was suggested in the evaluation report for FFEA 2.7.2.
