PyMOL plugin integer overflow when loading FFEA script with certain parameter defaults

If certain parameters are set to their defaults (i.e. by omitting them from a FFEA input script) when loading an input file via the FFEA PyMOL plugin, there is an integer overflow and the trajectory cannot be loaded.

'template.ffea' is a script that causes this bug (not accounting for obvious differences in file paths).

'collision_twoRods_singleFrame' fixes this bug and allows PyMOL to load.
