Template Event

I was scanning and a white dot appeared. Upon clicking on it, I received the message, "Template Event: you really shouldn't be seeing this." The two buttons below were "Ooops" and "Ignore". I selected "Ooops", and the log updated with "Option 3" on the left. Otherwise, no effects are apparent, at least so far.
