Power drain in Fabricator with AutoBoost

Kev Bourque repo owner created an issue

It happens in the state the save is in, but shouldn't be draining anything. Reducing the slider seems to fix it up, but it shouldn't happen at all to begin with.

    Fixed in b40c.

    There wasn't a check in place to only AutoBoost items if the "System" was online (screen isn't dark). Tested this save and it's no longer an issue. Should also be fixed for all Fabricator items this could happen to.
