Combat: inflight projectiles are not reset when changing combat to a new fight

Description: A projectile in route to hit a target stays "in flight", even if switching to a new combat instance.

Recreate: This is easiest to notice with plasma shots, early on when the load bar is still slow.

If you have plasma set to auto: as soon as you enter combat, it starts spooling up to fire (with firing triggering at 100%).

If you fire a different weapon, like the scrap cannon, it fires instantly on press, (and moves faster than the plasma also).

This can result in the enemy being defeated before the plasma hits, and sometimes before it launches (it still launches at 100% load).

If you quickly jump to the scanner, and choose another combat (red dot), the plasma projectile is most likely still "in flight", and hits the target.

Note: this logic can also happen with enemy shots coming at you. I've been hit with a slow moving base shot while switching to a small scout event.
