Gamebreaking issue - Scanner is bugged; cannot click some scanned things and scanner doesn't detect anything new

I was casually playing yesterday, and suddenly I started getting some scanner popups that I couldn't access no matter what. Fine, I said to myself, until the scanner started not detecting ANYTHING! Please help me. I will attach a save file.
