Problem of displaying informations for fabricator quantity upgrades

Hello,

When I unlocked the Scrap Metal fabricator quantity upgrade and I put the mouse on the new button, I can see informations in the botoom-right screen : "Upgrade Fabricator to create 2 scarps metal : etc".

However, theses informations don't appear when I put my mouse on the Battery / Crankbot / Duranium / Solar Panel fabricator quantity upgrades buttons, but if I click on it, the button works and fabricator quantity are upgraded or a message is posted on the SYS log.
