Can't see upgrade costs for fabricator upgrades (beside Autoboost)

On the latest version of Edge, I don't see any tooltip descriptions of the costs for fabrication upgrades (i.e. going from 2 per to 3 per) for anything other than Scrap Metal production. I can upgrade them and the SYS log tells me what I'm missing, but it would be nice to know exactly what. Right now, I need to increase CrankBot speed to upgrade Solar Panel production, but I'm not sure what the threshold is.
