Nothing to do

i just started the game and i dont see the upgrade price for anything

after upgrading the cpu for 25 scrap i assume it costs 30 but i can only hold 25 and see no way of increasing the scrap limit so i cant upgrade cpu and thats the only thing thats to do in the game for me?
