"Upgrade Fabricator" button misbehaviour

When "Upgrade Fabricator" was researched, the button was displayed, but the log when hovering on it was not working. Instead, the log for the not displayed anymore button "Increase Max Fabricator Maximum" was showing when hovered. This happened for every fabricator except Scrap Metal.

Now I'm in the dark - can't know beforehand how many Unique Scrap is needed for the next upgrade. The button does work when clicked but no system log information when hovering.
