Upgrading Scrap Metal Mass Fabrication Max costs double.

Issue #24 resolved
Former user created an issue

Every time I upgrade the scrap metal mass fabrication max, the game winds up charging twice, throwing things into the red. This is consistent across levels for the mass fab. I haven't upgraded any of the others yet due to this bug. This did not happen in 35a

Thanks Kev! How can I force the browser to run c? It's still running b even after clearing my cache.

It's definitely a caching issue. Are you sure it's cleared?

Usually doing a "hard refresh" forces the fresh page to come in. For most Windows Browsers this is Ctrl + F5, and for OSX is Command + R.

I was getting b36b in Chrome just now, did Ctrl + F5 and got b36c.

It must be some kind of insane caching in Firefox for Ubuntu. CTRL+F5, clearing the cache manually via preferences > advanced > networking > clear, even setting the max cache to 0MB, and 1MB (just in case 0MB means infinite), I'm still getting build b36b. Just so I'm not thinking I'm losing it, is this the correct url? http://faedine.sytes.net/crank-b36/

Ah, no that's not the right URL! That'd be it.

faedine.sytes.net is my home server. I actually deployed it to faedine.sytes.net/crank-b36c internally just to be annoying I guess. I'm deploying stuff there sporadically still for my own testing, but don't keep it up to date or very organized anymore.

I've moved everything to a proper host recently. Try http://faedine.com/games/crank/b36 instead.

In fact, it is very expensive to produce the same good quality metal. And how, in general, to create something good without harmful impurities. I, for example, often work with paint and our spectrometer constantly shows that there is a lot of sulfur in the paint and we send it back. That's why it's all over the place now. The only thing I know that saves us is that we've found https://elvatech.com/applications/lead-in-paint/ spectrometers here that detect this. They're multifunctional, so you have to have one.
