Ending Button works from anywhere

Once activated, which activates a bit weird given how it's checked (use Sector ID instead of checking entity overlaps), the player can move anywhere and activate the ending.

reporter Fixed in b38a. Buttons no longer work during ending sequence, activate button disappears when not at home sector.

Other buttons, like Charging and Jumping also work during The Ending. Disable these.
