Research Queue snaps items to center

When using the research queue in b37b, research items often snap to the exact center of the box and it takes several tries to get them elsewhere, making it very difficult to chose the order they will be researched in.

Fixed this in b38a. Queue now holds a fixed 5 items and they're put into proper positions in the queue.
