Logon Manager plugin issue - click "Return back" is directed to a dead link

Hi There,

I am testing impersonate someone's account via the Logon Manager for JIRA plugin.

1. the switch to user is working
2. but click "Return back" in the header of the screen is directed to a dead link, not allowed me to return to my own account.
   dead link URL: http://ontrack-internal-linux-phy.amd.com/jira/plugins/servlet/logoutmanager
   it keep showing the "You login to under another user. Return back" in the header of the screen, even I logout and login with my own account, the JIRA is still the impersonate person's profile.

our JIRA instance is JIRA software 7.6.6, application is installed on Windows OS, database is MS SQL 2012.

please help to look into the issue ASAP!
