Segfault on Reload

I get a segfault when running the following

R version 3.3.1 (2016-06-21) -- "Bug in Your Hair"
Copyright (C) 2016 The R Foundation for Statistical Computing
Platform: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu (64-bit)

R> packageVersion("PythonInR")
[1] 0.1.3
R> library(PythonInR)

Initialize Python Version 2.7.12+ (default, Sep 17 2016, 12:08:02)
[GCC 6.2.0 20160914]

R> PythonInR::pyIsConnected()
[1] TRUE
R> pyExecp("import numpy as np")
R> PythonInR::pyExit()
NULL
R> PythonInR::pyIsConnected()
[1] FALSE
R> PythonInR::pyConnect()

Initialize Python Version 2.7.12+ (default, Sep 17 2016, 12:08:02)
[GCC 6.2.0 20160914]

R> pyExecp("import numpy as np")

 *** caught segfault ***
address 0x2, cause 'memory not mapped'
