I can't build this package on my machine (missing build script) so I modified the documentation and namespace manually. I did add Roxygen comments to pyConnectWinDll though, so it should also work with your build script. I hope this make it easy for you to push a new version of PythonInR to cran that exports pyConnectWinDll.
