Can't delete spells

1. Added a spell to the spell tab, then when i wanted to delete it i did not found a button for it, then i had to change the sheet in order to delete it
2. i expected to right click on the spell and being able to delete it
3. i found no button or ay to delete it in the obsidian character sheet
4. encountered in both foundry app and web browser

also, is there a ay to change a spell from cantrip to a level 1 spell, and or modify spell slots?

The only way to remove spells is from the ‘Manage Spells’ dialog. I agree it’s a little unintuitive compared to how the rest of the sheet works with right-click delete. I thought it might be better to do it this way because it might not always be obvious what ‘deleting’ a spell means. Are you removing it from the spellbook, removing it from spells known, or just unpreparing the spell? Maybe for custom spells it makes sense to just have right-click delete?

As for your screenshot, that’s a bug. The spells should appear with their correct level but are currently not doing that for some reason.

If you want to modify spellcasting or spell slots, there are two ways you can do it. You can edit a class and modify how its spellcasting works according to the game rules, or you can manually override the number of slots at any level by clicking that section just above the ‘spell name…’ search where it has the spell modifier, spell attack, and save DC.

i get what you are saying about the delete spells but just a thought to avoid confusion is to have maybe a button to prepare and unprepare a spell like you have a button to equip or unequip armor.

maybe something like that will avoid confusion. but anyways thanks for all the fixes
