Combat duration added but sill permanent effect

Replicating Rage feature. Added each element of rage as separate Effects with a Combat duration element each. However the effects are displayed as permanent effect and apply without the action being carried out.
Applied to the Test actor.

Here is how you can set up Rage, the important distinction is that adding an ‘applied effect’ component will prevent the effect from automatically applying to the actor it belongs to, and will instead be applied based on the conditions you specify:
