Filter and Bonus extension: Carry capacity

Hi,
I”d like to add a bonus to the character’s carry capacity via Effects. It would be cool if you could give either a flat amount (of pounds), or +100% (during the carrying capacity calculation it counts like having the caharacter’s strength score doubled).

This way you can handle the barbarian Totem Warrior subclass' “Aspect of the Beast : Bear“ feature, and the Goliath’s “Powerful Build“ feature.
