Weapon with 2 attack Modes displays charges on both

Former user created an issue

on the Hammer of Thunderbolts it has 2 possible attack modes, melee and ranged. The ranged has charges.

Therefore I added two effects with attack and damage elements. Also added a Resource called charges and Saving Throw to the second.

When added to a character, equipped and attuned. The Charges entry is displayed on both attack actions. It depletes only when the ranged attack is used so Mechanically works fine.
