Consume resource does not work on features nor items.

So I'm attempting to streamline the consumption of class resources that have multiple features (Like Ki). I may be going about this the wrong way, but I was trying to use "consumes resource: feature" on the Ki class feature, but nothing shows up in the drop down menu. I tried to do it with items as well, but nothing showed up there either. Am I doing this wrong or is this a bug? It's not too major since I can just mark them manually, but it'd be pretty nice if I could just click on flurry of blows and have it consume Ki automatically.
