Applying Damage not working

In the snip the Bird (Left one) "strikes with his battleaxe slashing Bird's 2 (Right one) flesh dealing 5 damage" yet when I go to apply said damage nothing happens, the button is there but not doing anything, any idea? And this is the only module applied to this world.

You have to target the token to apply damage, not select.
