Would it be possible to add a tick box for “spell resistance”, with both Yuan-Ti and Satyr having it, it would be quite handy having it easily available with the rest of your resistances/immunities.

This has been added now in 4.4.7. It's a little unintuitive as it was added under the 'conditions' section (which might need to be renamed) of the defenses dialog. From there you can add a row with 'advantage' against 'spells' and then another row for 'advantage' against 'magical effects'. These are split in two rather than kept as a single 'magic resistance' because, for example, the Abjuration Wizard's 14th level feature only provides advantage against spells, not magical effects.

You can now mark features as 'magical' as well, which should allow for creatures targeted by saving throws from such features to automatically roll at advantage if they have advantage against magical effects.
