Proficiency Bonus Isn't Added to Hit Bonus on Warlock's Spells

This example uses Eldritch Blast, but every spell I tested so far (several cantrips and Vampiric Touch) has showcased the same issue. This is on Obsidian version 1.1.5. Latest Foundry/D&D5e.

Though correctly displayed on the sheet itself (https://i.imgur.com/OzdNCbe.png), the hit bonus applied to the spell is incorrect (https://i.imgur.com/GXdJkDS.png), seemingly failing to apply the proficiency bonus to the dice roll.
