Provided spells class list not allowing me to learn spells.

Trying to create a class feature for the Tasha’s sidekicks to allow them to learn spells.

So I made a custom Class, set it to Intelligence and Artificer (in line with what the sidekicks can do) with spells known and no rituals.
I’ve tried different combinations of modifiers, types of casting, different preparation types, nothing has worked.

Created the class feature and added the affect to provide spells for the appropriate list (in this case Wizard, but I did try all the lists just in case).

Added the new feature to the character with the custom class and…….. I have a spell list! YAY!
But when I try to learn spells, it doesn’t actually learn them. Nothing happens.

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, or if it’s a bug. For now I can just click and drag spells, but hoping I can get some assistance here :D
