Add a special tag for prepared spells

Adding a special tag to spells like “always prepared” to avoid trouble when a player is changing normal prepared spells.

Hi, I don’t have any other way to contact you so I’m writing here. I’m working on converting v1 data into the new v2 system and was wondering you could zip up your world file and send it to me since I know you have a lot of data in it that would be a good test for the conversion code.

I believe this should be possible now in v2 by adding a 'Provides Spells' component and selecting Inidividual Spells -> Always Prepared.
