Finesse option for Attack and Damage Effects

Attack and Damage effects allow you to choose Spell as an ability modifier to automatically use the ability tied to the character’s class. It would be handy if there was a Finesse option which automatically used Strength or Dexterity depending on which was higher. I’ve attached an example patch of how this could be implemented.
