Breaks character sheets entirely

Issue #296 closed

I'm running Foundry 0.8.9

Recently, if I had Obsidian enabled, character sheets in general (Obsidian or not) wouldn't display AC correctly for NPCs if they were using natural armor, flat AC, etc - it would never go past 11 AC, even if it could see that I'd entered in a different AC. This happened on both pre-existing SRD creature sheets and newly custom entered ones. I've included a screenshot example of that issue.

Unfortunately, it seems to have gotten worse. Today I updated to the latest stable version of 5e and updated several other mods (essentially, anything that had a pending update), and now if I have Obsidian activated, no character sheets will open - at all, period. PCs, NPC, objects, etc. Doesn't matter if they're not using the Obsidian sheet - they just won't open.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, refreshing Foundry, etc. None of it fixes the issue, only disabling Obsidian does. Is there a known bug about this? If not, it may be a plugin conflict but I'm not sure where if so. I am also using the Compact D&D Beyond sheets and Tiny 5e sheet mods to give my players options, as well as the Loot sheets and Merchant sheet mods for my use. Any advice is much appreciated, as Obsidian is a great sheet and the favored sheet of several of my players, but right now I can't use it at all. :(

Likely a module conflict, I haven’t noticed any issues opening sheets with obsidian and the latest dnd5e version. The issue with AC probably needs taking a look at though.

Hello, have the same issue. After the update with the new version of dnd5e, it completely breaks the Obsidian sheets. only using this mod and dice so nice.

OP here, made an account to update/comment. As far as I can tell, I’ve fixed the issue for now. As far as Obsidian not wanting to open at all, it for some reason took several tries but uninstalling it and reinstalling it seemed to have finally work. As far as the AC goes, I think it was a possible hiccup with DAE. I used a test world to activate my mods one by one with Obsidian to see what triggered it, and I had no AC issues at first, even with Obsidian on. Then when I reactivated DAE, it mentioned about disabling AC caculation as part of an update because it’s now supported by the 5e system and I confirmed it. No more issue even after that so I’m guessing maybe it was some conflict there? I also tested it on one of my actual game worlds and it seems okay now. Miroslav, try the uninstall/reinstall Obsidian mod and disabling all mods and re-enabling one by one to see if it fixes it for you.

Thanks for following up, though it’s strange that a reinstall would fix it. @Miroslav, if you’re still having trouble, please raise a separate issue using the guidelines for submitting bug reports from the README.
