Can't change weapon attack or damage stats

Whenever I try to create a new weapon, or edit an existing one. The dice math never changes. I can change a weapon from Str to Dex but it stays on Str.

I can add a +5 to the attack, but its never counted.

I turn off or on Proficiency with the weapon and its always on.

I change the damage but it stays the same using Str and no other bonuses.
