Does not add item

  1. Tried to add items to the character sheet
  2. Expected an item present in the sheet
  3. Nothing added in the obsidian CS 4.Encountered in both foundry and web browser
  4. Errors on the image linked

    Unable to reproduce this but I’ve attempted a fix regardless, please see if you still encounter this issue in the latest version.
