Manage Spells window not proper size

5e v.2.21 , foundry v11.304, obsidian v6.5.7
Happens whether I only have obsidian enabled or not.
Whenever I open the manage spells window on sheets, the window opens in a very small size and can’t be expanded. I have to use PopOut to get it to display everything.
