Add Bonus Effect Dice Method does not reroll the dice if the same roll is used more than once

The issue seems to be a bug.

I tried to make the bless effect according to the wiki (see Attachment 1). However I noticed when making attacks with the same weapon or the same saving throw multiple times with the same character the d4 value would be the same (see Attachment 2,3,4). As seen in the pictures the d4 rolls for 3 attacks is a 4 even after many attacks the d4 is always a 4. (If I do another weapon the d4 value is different but its always that different value).

I expect whenever a weapon is rolled with this effect the value of the d4 should be different.
