Language Proficiencies only displaying custom written entries

The Issue seems to be a bug, after it occuring with no modules as well as other modules on a freshly created world and no issues occur within the manifest

I created a new Actor, Then began to enable it’s proficincies, Weapon and Armour display as normal but no language proficincies display until i enter a custom one which displays on it’s own, I expect that all checked boxes would display as well as customs display at the end. However only the custom proficiency displays under languages
