Macro bar support for items/features/rollables

Would be excellent to have this, currently makes the sheet a bit less attractive as an option when trying to pitch it to my players. Not a huge deal breaker though, if it’s hard to accomplish.

This is actually planned, I did a refactor earlier to make it easier to call into the Rolls code for exactly this reason. Just gotta do a bit of UI work around icons first.
