Self rolls visible to all

Seems the new update did fix GM rolls and blind GM rolls as described (thank you, btw) but Self Rolls currently show to everyone, rather than only to the person who rolled them.

I tested on a clean world in 0.4.5 and it seemed like Self Rolls showed to everyone in that.

Well, I’ve got maybe a fix in 2.1.3 where self rolls are only visible to the roller but maybe that’s wrong given what core foundry does.
