Incompatibility issue with Polymorpher module

Issue #68 resolved
Erogroth created an issue

Felix recently added the wild shape ability to polymorpher and while testing it out I was not getting proper bonuses applied to skills. He was unable to reproduce this and after disabling obsidian I was able to get it to work as intended. Even if I wasn’t using the sheet, just having obsidian enabled caused the issue.

Additionally, When dragging and dropping the creature onto a character using obsidian nothing would happen. I had to switch back to the classic sheet for it to work the first time. Then I could switch back to the obsidian sheet and it would allow me to use polymorpher as normal although the skills were still not showing correctly. (Note that saving throws do not change regardless as that is something hard coded into the core. This issue seems to be effecting skills only from what I see.)

Ya. Sorry. Didn’t mean to mark it as a bug. Hoping you can get it working though. Super nice feature to have.

Yeah, definitely want the functionality in one way or another since I have a Druid at one of my tables. The main issue at the moment is that I wouldn’t want it to be an optional feature that you enable by installing a module. I would want any player to be able to create a druid character or cast polymorph and have it just work in an intuitive way. Given that, I think the best way forward would be to get this functionality integrated into the core 5e system and then have obsidian work with that.

Well, core 5e system can be contributed to by anyone. I think Atro probably has his hands too full right now to implement something like this. Felix seemed pretty busy too so I might see if I can do it myself and get it in core if it’s not something Felix is interested in right now.
